Express authentic appreciation

As we go into the weekend, let's do something super positive and acknowledge our needs that someone else has filled.

Use the Confident Communicator Appreciation Formula:

“Thank you for _____. I felt that ______ because it really helped _______.”

Go ahead. Give authentic, meaningful, specific appreciation to three people today.

To a co-worker.

To someone at home.

To yourself

Choose people who deserve it, not who “need” it.

Do it by email, in person, by text, or whatever works.

Use this email as an excuse if you’re embarrassed.

Go ahead.

Then ask yourself what needs expressing appreciation fulfilled, for yourself.
