A: We are working with SHRM to become certified and hope to offer PDUs soon. 

Q: Do I need to be a certified DiSC facilitator?
A: Nope. We welcome both experienced practitioners and internal champions just starting out.

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: All sessions are recorded and shared in the member portal.

Q: If I do this, will I be DiSC® certified?
A: This is an independent program designed to support existing DiSC practitioners and champions. We offer DiSC Certification at an additional cost. 

Q: Can I get reimbursed by my company?
A: That depends on your company’s policy. We can provide an invoice and justification language.
