How It Works

  1. The System: We start with a strong foundation, the DiSC Model, then layer in learning and personalized feedback. Progress builds over time.

  2. The Support: Participants bring real conversations and challenges to live coaching for strategic, honest support from Dan and a supportive community of people in the same situation as you.

  3. The Flexibility: Participants can join live or watch replays. A few hours a month is enough to see growth without burnout. Most of the resources make it super-easy for you to use or roll out.

Q: Are SHRM PDUs available?
A: We are working with SHRM to become certified and hope to offer PDUs soon. 

Q: Do I need to be a certified DiSC facilitator?
A: Nope. We welcome both experienced practitioners and internal champions just starting out.

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: All sessions are recorded and shared in the member portal.

Q: If I do this, will I be DiSC® certified?
A: This is an independent program designed to support existing DiSC practitioners and champions. We offer DiSC Certification at an additional cost

Q: Can I get reimbursed by my company?
A: That depends on your company’s policy. We can provide an invoice and justification language.

Q: Can I use this with the Catalyst™ platform?
A: Absolutely. We offer tips and tools for making the most of Catalyst™.
