Anxiety party

When we better understand what our coworkers are afraid of, we gain new perspectives on who they are and how we can all work best together.

Here’s another trust-building activity.

Not only does it encourage trust, but it can open the door for honest communication.

Have an Anxiety Party.

Everyone makes a list of their real, silly, and unfounded fears, then have a laugh sharing the list with the group.

It may sound cringy, I know, but it’s an excellent way to help your team get to know each other better and be more vulnerable.

What would be on your list, and would you be comfortable sharing that with your coworkers?
