Operation navigation

Building trust helps improve teamwork, communication, productivity, and commitment.

Here’s a fun trust-building activity you might do with your team. You might say it requires blind faith . . .

It’s called Operation Navigation.

Before you start, place different objects around a room or outside it. Have people pair up into teams, with one person blindfolded. Using only words, the non-blindfolded person has to direct their blindfolded teammate around the “obstacle course.”

If the guide fails to help their partner avoid the obstacles, the team is out of the game. The team that can work together to get through the course most quickly without running into anything wins.

It also makes for a great icebreaker.
