A professional way to say I told you so

It’s Friday after a holiday, so I doubt many are reading this, so I’ll keep it short.

We’ve all raised concerns that were ignored, only to have been proven right later.

Instead of “I told you so!” which just puts people on the defensive, you could keep it to just the facts with something like, “This was identified early on as a likely outcome.”

Maybe next time they’ll listen, which is less likely to happen if you rub it in their face.
