If you could only see yourself

Have you ever seen a mirror mounted behind a cashier or receptionist?

Not only do they prevent theft, but they give the customer the ability to see themselves.

If someone catches a glimpse of themselves going ballistic on a cashier, he’s a little more likely to reign himself in.

There are many ways you can use this to your advantage.

I once saw a Reddit post where a mother said: “When my daughter was very young, she picked up the temper tantrum of laying down and flailing her arms and legs. I recorded it and had her watch it. She never did it again.”

Being able to see yourself at your worst can actually be empowering.
