I was Jujitzu’d

In this text exchange, I was jujitzu’d (I’m in blue).

I didn’t want to move 50 chairs by myself and said so.

But the other person helped me see what was going on for them, then gave me an alternative I liked less than moving 50 chairs by myself. 

She remained focused on mutual objectives, not our differences of opinion, or my not wanting to do my part. 

Kudos to her for some confident communication. 

I moved the chairs.
